Performers in T'Rakija have been playing together for more than 10 years and collecting Balkanian motifs of countries such as Bulgaria, Croatia, Greece, Macedonia, Serbia, as well as the South-Slavic and Greek traditional music of ethnic groups living in Hungary.
T'Rakija was formed in 2005. They are unique in performing traditional Balkanian music exclusively on traditional instruments, and the group remains faithful to authentic patterns. One experiences both virtuosity and simplicity during their concerts and regular folkdance clubs.
